PostHogStatistics

Provider: PostHog Inc., 2261 Market Street #4008, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA
Purpose: Measures page views, dwell time, clicks and scroll behaviour pseudonymously, so we can see which content gets found and read. We use "PostHog Cloud EU" — the data sits on servers in Frankfurt am Main. Session recording is switched off, and anonymous visitors get no personal profile.
Data transfer: The data is stored in Germany, but the contracting party is PostHog Inc. in the USA. Access from the USA for support or maintenance can therefore not be entirely ruled out. Safeguarded by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and EU standard contractual clauses; a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place.

Provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Irland
Purpose: Plays embedded videos. We embed them in privacy-enhanced mode via youtube-nocookie.com. Only with your consent does your browser load the thumbnail and, when you start a video, the player — telling Google which of our pages you visited.
Data transfer: The contracting party is Google Ireland Limited in Ireland. Processing by Google LLC in the USA is possible; safeguarded by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and EU standard contractual clauses.
Note: Without your consent you see a placeholder where a video would be, with a link that opens it on YouTube directly — at which point only Google’s terms apply.
